Description

Bible description

In Nehemiah 2 and 4, Nehemiah sees that Jerusalem’s walls are broken and its gates burned with fire. The city feels exposed, vulnerable, and damaged, yet he calls the people to rise and build. Even while facing fear, resistance, and hard labor, they begin repairing what has been ruined. This reflection is for those carrying neighborhood stress, unsafe surroundings, or the grief of living among broken conditions, reminding them that God can still awaken hope in places that need rebuilding.
